Why co-dependence and toxic relationships?

I have seen over and over the lifelong patterns that develop from childhood experiences and attachment styles – when people aren’t sure of themselves and continually seek outside approval.

My interest in this area arose when I struggled to get out of a toxic relationship and was unsure if I would ever be able to move forward.

Relationships are a basic human need; connection is necessary in all areas of our lives. Watching someone’s potential be squandered by letting themselves stay in a toxic cycle is heartbreaking.

Both teens and adults are faced with the difficulty of finding themselves in co-dependent and toxic relationships, whether that’s a romantic relationship, a family relationship, or a friendship.

There is an overwhelming need for people struggling with these issues. I provide the resources to help.
